Gather your quilting materials and stack of t-shirts before our first call so that you are prepared.
WEEK #1
We will kick off the course by learning how to cut your t-shirts properly & how to apply the stabilizer.
WEEK #2
Next, we will cut our sashing strips and start looking at different layouts for your project.
WEEK #3
We will then go over subcutting our strips and start piecing our rows together.
WEEK #4
We start bring things together by sewing our rows together and adding our borders.
WEEK #5
During our final call, we will celebrate the completion of your quilt top & discuss finishing options!

I am a school nurse by trade but have been a quilt lover since I was 18 years old when I received my first quilt while I was serving overseas in the Navy. It was handmade by my grandfather. This quilt traveled the world with me. It is one of my most treasured possessions to date (30+ years later.)
When I finished my master’s degree in nursing, I knew I needed a hobby. If my 70-year-old grandpa could learn to quilt, then I could too. I have since gone on to make eight complete Quilts of Valor for our military members and an additional 40 quilt tops for the Quilts of Valor Foundation. I am now on a mission to empower crafters like you to improve their quilting skills. Inside this course, I will help you grow your confidence and uplevel your quilting mastery in just 5 weeks' time so that you can create a quilt you will cherish just as much as I cherish mine.
